Terms of Service

Bookings are requests handled by our team through chat or WhatsApp. Payment, including any deposit, is made at an early stage of the booking via DuitNow — either through the SenangLer payment gateway or paid directly to your provider, as confirmed during booking. The price the provider confirms with you before work starts is the final price; catalog prices are a guide.

Cancellation: Once your deposit has been paid, cancellations may be subject to a fee. If the crew is already on the way to you, the cancellation fee is the deposit.
