We collect what we need to serve you: your name, phone number, service address and postcode, the details of what you need done, and any photos you send us. If you give us an email address, we use it only to help you recover access to your booking and to send you booking status updates — nothing else.

Your photos are stripped of location metadata before storage. Providers only receive the job details they need to serve you — your full contact details stay protected until a provider is assigned to you.

We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing messages.

To correct or delete your information, message us in chat or on WhatsApp and the team will handle it for you.
